Pet Policy

At Bridge 17 Apartments, residents can enjoy 2 pets per apartment, 70 lb weight limit for 1st -floor apartments, and no pets over 45 lbs for 2rd and 3rd-floor apartments. Bridge 17 Apartments welcomes most dog breeds, excluding only those with typical aggressive tendencies (service animals are an exception). Please be ready and able to provide proper documentation on your pet prior to signing your lease.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 for one pet and $350 for two pets.
Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 if pet is under 1 year of age (in addition to the non-refundable pet fee).
Pet Rent: $35 per pet
Pet Max Weight: 70lbs for all pets on 1st floor apartments and 45lbs for all pets on 2nd & 3rd floor apartments
